Members of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council will present a proposal narrowing and refining the scope of restoration projects to five categories: herring; long-term monitoring of marine conditions; harbor protection and marine restoration; and habitat acquisition and protection. The Council proposes this action to develop a more discrete and efficient method to spend the remaining restoration funds.
